Full conference registration does not include access to the pre-conference workshops on Saturday and Sunday. For registrants who wish to attend the conference and the pre-conference workshops, they must select BOTH the full conference registration and the pre-conference workshop they wish to attend on the registration form.

Guest Registration
If you are bringing a guest to any special events, be sure to complete the “guest” section for each event and include the appropriate fee. Guests must be age 18 or older.
Payment Information and Confirmations
Full payment* must be submitted with your registration form. Make all checks payable to NAMSS or you may charge the registration fee to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. For the easiest registration, use our online registration form. Online registrants will receive confirmation shortly after registration. Confirmation letters will be mailed approximately 10 days after receipt of payment for registrants who mail in their registration forms.

Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing (namss@showcare.com).
- Cancellation deadline is September 18, 2009. Cancellations made in writing on or before September 18, 2009 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 18, 2009.
- No refunds will be made for no-shows.
- All refunds will be processed 4-6 weeks after the Annual Conference.
