Prime Exhibit Hours
Dedicated exhibit hours throughout the conference schedule.
Food Service
Food service inside the exhibit hall to attract attendees, including continental breakfast on Tuesday morning, as well as all refreshment breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
Raffling/Prospect Volume
Exhibitors also are encouraged to participate in offering giveaways by collecting business cards from the attendees and drawing a winner. To participate, exhibitors must complete a form to identify their giveaways and return it to NAMSS. The form can be found in the Exhibitor Service Kit. Prize recipients will be announced in the exhibit hall on Monday, September 23 and Tuesday, September 24.

Exhibit Fee Includes
- 8’H draped back wall and 3’H draped side rails, one 6’ skirted and draped table, two chairs, one identification sign, and one wastebasket
- Complimentary conference pre-registrant mailing information (“one-time-use-only” set of labels)
- One full-conference registration and two “exhibit-and-complimentary-food-only” passes (access to the exhibit hall and complimentary exhibit hall food functions only)
- Recognition of exhibitors donating door prizes and raffle items when prize winners are announced in the exhibit hall
Official Contractor
Freeman will be available during installation and removal of exhibits and will provide all the following services: Exhibitor Service Kit, labor, installation/dismantling of exhibits, and material handling. All information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit sent within 90 days of the conference. The kit will include Westin-related services, electrical, phone, Internet, and other general information.
Additional Meeting Space
Exhibitors may obtain additional meeting space at the Westin Diplomat Resort & Spa for pre-or post-conference meetings by contacting Whitney Thompson, Exhibits Coordinator, at meetings@namss.org.

Premier exhibit spaces as you enter the exhibit hall. Area 1 provides maximum exposure to all conference participants.
