Registration Information

NAMSS encourages you to register for the conference online. It's fast, easy, and secure! Of course, if you’d rather print the paper form, we’re happy to accommodate you. Click here to download and print the form (PDF). Then send the completed form by:

  • Fax: Include your credit card information and fax to NAMSS at (905) 479-9297
  • Mail: Include your check and mail to NAMSS Registration, Department 3300, Washington, DC 20042-3300. Checks should be made payable to "NAMSS."

Note: Registrations will not be accepted over the phone. Please do not mail and fax forms.

Bring a Physician and Save!

NAMSS is committed to the growth of educational partnerships with physician leaders and legal teams, alike. This year, we are offering a special discount for MSPs. MSPs who register their CMO or another physician from their facility, network, or health plan will automatically receive a $300 discount on general conference registration! Encourage your physician leader(s) to attend the special Pre-Conference session, Partnering for Performance: Physician Leaders, Medical Staff & the Legal Team, and the general conference. Rates for MSPs who bring a physician are listed above.

Register by July 18 and Save!

The discounted early-bird registration rate will apply for all registrations completed online, postmarked, or faxed on or before July 13, 2013. Registrations received (online or by fax) or postmarked after July 18, 2013, will be charged the regular registration fee.

Join NAMSS and Save!

Join NAMSS now to receive discounted NAMSS member rates. You may join online and save $140 on Conference Registration. In order to pay for your membership by check, contact the NAMSS Executive Office at info@namss.org to request a paper membership application.

Important Registration Information

*Three-day conference registration includes all educational sessions and activities on Monday, September 23, through Wednesday, September 25, including the Exhibit Hall Opening Reception on Sunday, September 22, from 6:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m., and the Business Luncheon and Keynote Address on Tuesday, September 24, from 11:45 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. It does not include Pre-Conference Workshops, the Regional Lunch with State Leaders, or networking events. Attendees may purchase tickets to these events during the online registration process or via the downloadable registration form available at www.namss.org/conference.

One-day registration
includes all educational sessions and activities on Monday, September 23, Tuesday, September 24, or Wednesday, September 25. Anyone wishing to register for more than one day must register at the applicable three-day conference registration rate. Oneday registration does not include Pre-Conference Workshops, the Regional Lunch with State Leaders, networking events, or the Networking Breakfast. Attendees may purchase tickets to these events during the online registration process or via the downloadable registration form available at www.namss.org/conference.

Pre-Conference Workshops will take place on Saturday, September 21, and Sunday, September 22. Advance registration is required and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional registrants will be placed on a waiting list. The Pre-Conference Workshop fees apply to each of the five courses (SA 01, SA 02, SA03, SA04 and SN01). 

Special Event Registration

If you would like to attend the Regional Lunch Meetings on Monday, September 23 and/or the networking event options, please ensure that you check the appropriate box(es) on the registration form (online or PDF ). Additional fees apply. See the registration form for details. 

Guest Registration

If you are bringing a guest to any of the special events, be sure to complete the “guest” section for each event and include the appropriate fee. Guests must be age 18 or older.

Payment Information and Confirmations


Full payment** must be submitted with your registration form. Make all checks payable to NAMSS , or you may charge the registration fee to your VISA , MasterCard, American Express, or Discover card. For the easiest registration, visit our secure website at www.namss.org/conference to use our online registration process. Online registrants will receive confirmation shortly after registration. Confirmation letters will be emailed approximately 10 days after receipt of payment for registrants who mail their registration forms. **NAMSS will not accept purchase orders.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing and faxed to NAMSS at (202) 367-2173 or e-mailed to registration@namss.org.

  • Cancellation deadline is August 23, 2013. Cancellations made in writing on or before August 23, 2013, will be eligible for a full refund, less a $50 processing fee.
  • No refunds will be made for cancellations received after August 23, 2013.
  • No refunds will be made for no-shows.
  • All refunds will be processed 6 to 8 weeks after the conference.
