Call for Candidates for NAMSS Board Positions

Positions to be Elected

NAMSS is preparing for the Board election, to be conducted later this spring, to fill the Board positions that will be open January 1, 2009.
The NAMSS Nominating Committee is seeking candidates for the following Board positions:
Secretary: Term is January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. Will automatically succeed to the positions of Treasurer, President Elect, President, and Immediate Past President in subsequent years.
Directors at Large: Three positions will be elected, each with three-year terms from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2011.

How to Nominate a NAMSS Member

Any NAMSS member may nominate another NAMSS member for one of the positions. NAMSS members may also self-nominate. To place a member in consideration please fill out the nomination form and send it to Megan Cohen, NAMSS Executive Director, at info@namss.org. Deadline for Nominations is May 28, 2008. Individuals who are nominated will receive an application packet to complete for the Nominating Committee.
