On Line Continuing Education

Welcome to Office Administration and Management –

Office Administration and Management is comprised of six lessons. These lessons cover current management theories with particular emphasis on the healthcare industry. Although the healthcare industry is continually evolving and changing, office administration remains fairly stable. As you progress through the lessons it will become apparent to you why it is incumbent upon Medical Services Professionals to exercise good management skills regardless of the setting they work in.

Objectives are outlined for each lesson and the quizzes within each lesson address these objectives. Depending on the length and complexity of the material within each lesson, quizzes may be placed at intervals within the content in order to help you lock in your understanding as you go, as opposed to waiting until the end of each lesson.
