- Food service inside the exhibit hall to attract attendees, including: continental breakfasts on Monday and Tuesday mornings, as well as all refreshment breaks on Monday and Tuesday.
- “Milwaukee Adventure” exhibit hall map, providing exposure to all exhibits. Conference attendees receive a visitor stamp or initials at each exhibit booth listed on the map and upon completion of the entire “adventure,” drop off their map at the NAMSS booth for chances to win a conference registration for the 2009 conference.
