General Information

Conference Venue
The NAMSS 32nd Annual Conference & Exhibition will be held in the Midwest Airlines Center, a convention center in downtown Milwaukee.

Badges and Tickets
Please note that your conference badge (and those of guests) must be worn at all times and serves as admission to all conference sessions, special events and meetings included in the registration price. Some events will require advance registration, tickets, and an additional fee.

Conference Attire
Attire during all sessions/events at the conference will be business casual. It is usually best to dress in layers during meetings due to fluctuation in room temperatures. Comfortable shoes are recommended.

Milwaukee Weather
The average high temperature in Milwaukee in mid October is in the high 50°s. Be sure to pack an umbrella.

Smoking Policy
To ensure everyone’s comfort, there will be no smoking allowed in the sessions, Exhibit Hall or at the food functions.

Children
No children under the age of 18 are allowed in conference meetings or events, including the Exhibit Hall.

Social Time
All study and no networking makes for a less-than complete NAMSS Annual Conference & Exhibition experience. Be sure to take part in the various social events that NAMSS has scheduled throughout the week, such as the Ribbon Cutting and Exhibit Hall Opening Reception and Business Luncheon, Keynote Speaker sessions, and the optional Wednesday evening Networking Event at the Milwaukee Public Museum. Guests can be registered for these events for a separate fee.
