Pricing
Full conference registration does not include access to the pre-conference workshops on Saturday and Sunday. For registrants who wish to attend the conference and the pre-conference workshops, they must select BOTH the full conference registration and the pre-conference workshop they wish to attend on the registration form.

How to Register
There are three easy ways to register for the NAMSS 32nd Annual Conference & Exhibition:
- Register online—it’s fast and secure!
- Download and fax your registration form—complete your form, include your credit card information and fax to NAMSS at (905) 479-9297.
- Download and mail your registration form—complete your form, include your credit card information or check and mail to NAMSS, Dept. 3115, Washington, DC 20042-3115.

Note: Registrations cannot be accepted over the telephone. Please do not mail and fax forms.
Register by July 20 and Save!
The discounted early-bird registration rate will apply for all registrations completed online, postmarked or faxed on or before July 20, 2008. Registrations received (online or by fax) or postmarked after July 20, 2008, will be charged the regular registration fee.

Guest Registration
If you are bringing a guest to any special events, be sure to complete the “guest” section for each event and include the appropriate fee. Guests must be age 18 or older.
Payment Information and Confirmations
Full payment* must be submitted with your registration form. Make all checks payable to NAMSS or you may charge the registration fee to your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. For the easiest registration, use our online registration form. Online registrants will receive confirmation shortly after registration. Confirmation letters will be mailed approximately 10 days after receipt of payment for registrants who mail in their registration forms.
*We cannot accept purchase orders; we apologize for any inconvenience.
Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations must be made in writing (namss@showcare.com).
- Cancellation deadline is September 29, 2008. Cancellations made in writing on or before September 29, 2008 will be eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 29, 2008.
- No refunds will be made for no-shows.
- All refunds will be processed 6-8 weeks after the Annual Conference.
