NAMSS Exhibit & Sponsorship Information

NAMSS Exhibit Pricing

The full exhibit layout provides maximum exposure for our exhibitors to all conference attendees.

  • $2,925 for one booth (10' x 10')
  • $4,600 for two booths (10' x 20')
  • $9,200 for four booths (20' x 20')
  • Please contact the Tradeshow Team for pricing on larger spaces

Exhibit Fee Includes

- 8'H draped back wall and 3'H draped side rails, one 6' skirted and draped table, two chairs, one 12”x12” floor identification decal, and one wastebasket
- Complimentary conference pre-registrant mailing information (“onetime-use-only”)
- One full-conference registration and two exhibit hall only passes (access to the exhibit hall and complimentary exhibit hall food functions only) per 10x10
- Recognition of exhibitors donating door prizes and raffle items when prize winners are announced in the exhibit hall

Exhibit Halls A1 & B are not carpeted - carpeting can be purchased by Freeman when the service kit is available. Carpet is required.

Exhibit & Sponsor Rules & Regulations

Official Contractor

Freeman will be available during installation and removal of exhibits and will provide all the following services: Exhibitor Service Kit, labor, installation/dismantling of exhibits, and material handling. All information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit, including Freeman services, electrical, phone, Internet, and other general information.
**Only companies that are paid in full will receive the link to the Exhibitor Service Kit.

Ancillary Meeting Requests

Exhibitors & Sponsors may obtain additional meeting space at the Oregon Convention Center or request to hold an event offsite by filling our this form: https://uexhibit.formstack.com/forms/namss2020ancillary

NAMSS Signage Opportunities


Digital Signage - $10,000 (Exclusive)

Deliver your marketing message on 4 captivating LED video digital signage displays to create powerful exposure for your company throughout the duration of NAMSS 2020. These 55” digital signage displays will be used by our attendees to find the meeting rooms they are looking for and your ad will display on the lower third of digital signage. Up to 5 images can rotate on these displays.

Large Outside Reader Board Double-Sided Banner - $7,500 (Exclusive)

Capture the attention of the NAMSS 2020 attendees as they walk from the Hyatt Regency (host hotel)! This 4’ x 9’6” doublesided banner is your chance to welcome attendees while inviting them to visit your booth. (Fee includes production, installation, and removal).

Supersized Outside Reader Board Double-Sided Banner - $9,500 (Exclusive)

Capture the attention of the NAMSS 2020 attendees as they ride the MAX train from our downtown Portland hotels. This 13’ x 11’5” doublesided banner is your chance to welcome the attendees while inviting them to visit your booth. (Fee includes production, installation, and removal).

Elevator Clings $3,500 (Exclusive)

What better way to advertise your company, product, or booth number than with a custom graphic covering the entire elevator door? Attendees will utilize elevators multiple times a day  to travel from education sessions and exhibit hall in the convention center! (Fee includes production, installation, and removal).

Escalator Runner and Landing Floor Decals - $12,000 (Two Available)

Capture the attention of NAMSS 2020 attendees with your company’s branding as they travel from the main lobby down to the Exhibit Hall. (Fee includes production, installation, and removal).

Important Items

Mailing Lists
One of the benefits of being a NAMSS exhibitor is receiving a pre-conference registrant mailing list that excludes all NAMSS staff and exhibitors. If you have not received this list, please contact us at meetings@namss.org.

Please note: You must submit a proof to the National Association Medical Staff Services prior to using this list. Per the contract, each company many only make use of the attendee mailing list one-time. Any indication of multiple-use of this promotion to NAMSS conference attendees will be documented and violators may be excluded from receiving this benefit in future years. 

Lead Retrieval
Lead retrieval is available to purchase for all exhibiting companies. Additional information will be available shortly.

Exhibit Hall Giveaway
NAMSS will be holding two Giveaway times in the Exhibit Hall; once on Monday, October 5th from 5:45 to 6:00 PM and once on Tuesday, October 6th from 1:50 to 2:00 PM & 4:00 to 4:15 PM.

To participate, please email NAMSS your company name, contact for the booth onsite, and the prize that will be raffled off by Friday, September 18, 2020. After we receive all requests to participate we will let you know what date your prize will be raffled off and at what time NAMSS exhibit management will collect the winner’s name from your booth. Remember that attendees must be present to win.

Exhibitor Service Kits
The service kit, provided by Freeman, will be sent in mid-July. The kit will contain all information regarding Washington State Convention Center-related services, electrical, phone, Internet, and other general exhibit guidelines.

Exhibitor Service Kits will only be sent to companies that are paid in full.
