Tenet #1 – We will maintain our commitment to respect and fairness for every individual in the medical services industry by ensuring objective and broad access to NAMSS’s professional development and educational opportunities. We are committed to developing structures to examine, identify, and address any operational deficiencies or procedural barriers in our policies, practices, and programs.
Tenet #2 – As an organization, we will ensure all members feel welcomed by establishing meaningful connections with a broad spectrum of partners, enrolling and retaining participants with varied experience and perspectives, and fostering a culture of engagement and strong professional connections across our community.
Tenet #3 – As a NAMSS community, we will hold each other accountable to shared expectations and the ongoing work of building an organization that appropriately reflects the full scope of the medical services profession. We will continue to provide transparency in NAMSS activities and membership data.
