🔹 Leadership Training

NAMSS offers structured programs designed to prepare members for leadership roles within the organization and beyond.
Tomorrow’s Leaders Program (TLP)
Designed for emerging leaders, this program builds essential leadership competencies and prepares participants for future volunteer and board-level roles. Applicants are encouraged to have prior volunteer experience.
Leadership Certificate Program (LCP)
Through a series of both live and online courses, this program allows MSPs dedicated to the field to expand on their experiences and gain the skills, confidence, and industry understanding to be stronger leaders within the industry.
Foundations of Medical Services Management (FMSM)
A four-week, interactive live virtual course that builds on the foundation of Credentialing 100/101, CPCS, and/or CPES and goes beyond the credentialing procedures to explore common challenges faced by medical services professionals.
