Certification Verification


Due to a number of issues beyond our control, certificates for individuals who recertified for 2020 will be mailed sometime in January 2021.  Certificates for all candidates will be mailed to the address on your NAMSS account.  Primary source verification of your certification can be verified by viewing the Good Standing Report ( CTRL+F = to search your name). If documentation of your recertification is needed for HR purposes prior to receiving your physical certificate, please reach out to certification@namss.org for assistance. Your continued patience and understanding is greatly appreciated!​

Good Standing Report for those currently holding a NAMSS certification as a:

  • Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM)
  • Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist (CPCS)

The list is alphabetical by last name and is updated after each testing cycle. You will see the date in which the original certification was earned as well as when recertification is due. If the individual you are looking for is not listed, please email the NAMSS Executive Office's Certification Staff at certification@namss.org for verification.

If you hold a NAMSS Certification and your information does not appear to be correct, please send an email to certification@namss.org so that we can update your record.

Complaints or concerns regarding a current CPCS or CPMSM should be addressed immediately in writing and sent to the following address:

Your complaint will be reviewed by the Chair of the CCN and will be elevated to the ethics committee if necessary.
