Tomorrow's Leaders Program
New in 2025, the NAMSS Tomorrow's Leaders Program began to empower MSPs to grow as leaders, deepen their engagement with the profession, and inspire change across the healthcare landscape. Ten MSPs participated in the inaugural class and completed the program at the NAMSS 49th Educational Conference and Exhibition. Certification Update
NAMSS certifications establish industry standards and serve as comprehensive measures of knowledge in the field. CPCS® and CPMSM® — and now CPES — are the gold standards of MSP continuing education. From the Fall 2024-Fall 2025 testing windows, CPCS welcomed 347 certificants, CPES welcomed 123 certificants, and CPMSM welcomed 137 certificants.

CPES Launch
In August 2025, NAMSS launched the Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist® (CPES) credential, the first and only provider enrollment certification on the market.
The first exam offering of the CPES certification closed on Oct. 29, 2025. Of the 153 submitted CPES exam applications, 148 candidates were approved to test. NAMSS ended the year with 123 new CPES certificants.
