The silo of confidentiality in which peer review has resided over the years continues to erode. States are adopting laws that permit or even require the sharing of peer review information among facilities. While state laws differ, this webinar will discuss principles governing information sharing, circumstances under which sharing makes sense, and how to craft a workable information sharing policy.
