How to Get Started
Follow the steps below to access the system, search for practitioners, and retrieve the information you need. New users receive three (3) search credits to try out the platform.
First-Time Users (One-Time Setup)
- Log in to your NAMSS account or create an account to access the NAMSS PASS platform.
- Review and accept the Terms of Service.
- Enter your work email address and complete the email verification process.
- An activation link will be sent from NAMSS.org.
- Log in and create your Health Care Entity by entering your:
- Tax ID
- NPI (optional)
Search for a Practitioner
- From the NAMSS PASS homepage, locate “Start Searching Practitioners”.
- Enter the practitioner's last name.
- Review the search results.
View and Print Affiliation Information
- Select the practitioner from the search results.
- View available affiliation records and dates of affiliation.
- If available, print the Affiliation Letter, which indicates the practitioner's standing.
