PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

In response to NAMSS’ 2021 – 2024 Strategic Plan, the Board of Directors recently approved the restructuring of the NAMSS Education Committee by creating the Professional Development Council (PDC). The PDC was created to oversee and support NAMSS’ desire to grow our education portfolio, be more nimble in making changes and ensure better alignment of education initiatives with our strategic plan. Additionally, the Board formed several new subcommittees designed to support the PDC's work as well as provide additional volunteer opportunities to NAMSS members who desire to support all of the work that the Education Committee has been doing up to this point.  NAMSS will look to pilot the new structure beginning January 2022 with a review and evaluation by the PDC and the Board in the Fall of 2022.
